For my 3^rd reflection in this ePortfolio I have chosen to reflect on my “Document interpretation #4: Hamilton and Jefferson, & the master’s class”.  I think this particular assignment helped me improve my writing skills as well as my reading skills. I think every time we read an article we were not only learning about our history but we were also improving our reading skills little by little. Also every time we wrote the document interpretation we improved our writing skills by explaining in a way what we had learned by reading the article. I feel that by the time I got to my 4^th document interpretation I got a better idea and how to do it and what our professor was looking for in these assignments. If I could do this assignment all over again I would go back and explain what the article I read taught me about the time period. That was something that I missed according to my professors feedback. Also, I know that I’ve mentioned this before, I would have managed my time a lot better than I did. Time management just seems to be one of my biggest issue, especially with all the distractions in my life. In the future I will make sure to go over our course material more careful and to take my time with every assignment that is due in order to get better grades.
