This is the Week 16 Road Map!

Our assignments this week:

  1. As always, complete Assignment 0: Your Weekly Attendance Check-in.Assignment List
  2. Review A Writer's Reference C3-e Preparing a Portfolio  and C5 Designing Documents
  3. Perform a review of your cohort-peers' ePortfolios by reviewing their ePortfolio and offering feedback using the discussion board forum in your group site. People
  4. Turn in your revised ePortfolio Assignment List
  5. Complete a brief survey about your experience in the course Quiz List

It should be a productive week in which you solidify your reflections about what you've learned, how you've grown as a reader, a writer, and a critical thinker, and what reading, writing, research, and critical thinking skills you'd like to continue to develop as you move through your other lower-division courses and your upper division courses.

Be sure to say goodbye to your cohort group members too! I know you've spent a great deal of time together and have benefitted from the peer support and writing community you created together.

  • Identify and use prewriting strategies to develop essay topics and content

  • Develop and support a thesis statement

  • Develop an argument supported by evidence

  • Recognize and evaluate evidence for an argument

  • Evaluate and cite resources for an essay topic

  • Identify and correct errors in grammar, sentence structure, and punctuation in student writing
