Looking Ahead to Week 15

We are on our way to the home stretch finish line! After the review of research, writing process, grammar and language style, group work, and more, you've hopefully gotten an outstanding support experience with skills that are not only transferable to future writing courses, but to future GE courses outside of the discipline of writing!

Now, as we move into the last two weeks of the semester, the goal will be to reflect on our progress over the last 14 weeks. You'll be asked to review and develop a deep understanding of the Student Learning Outcomes and Student Performance Objectives that we've been working with, and then you'll be asked to select "artifacts"--low stakes and high stakes assignments from both English 1A AND English 900--that you think best demonstrate your accomplishment and mastery of the skills delineated in the Student Learning Outcomes of this course.

It will be a great experience to select assignments, reflect on the assignments and your challenges and triumphs, and then put these artifacts together in an ePortfolio that will encapsulate your composition experience for this semester.
