At the start of Week 8, you'll be asked to complete a weekly check-in that asks you to briefly list any concerns you have about English 1A thus far. Week 8 marks the beginning of Unit 5 - Global Revision and Editing and will include lessons on distinguishing between global vs. surface issues and introduce you to two effective revision strategies to help you with the overall focus of your paper, the sequencing of your supporting arguments, and paragraph-level organization.
