Navigating Canvas & Setting Up Your Courses

The following video gives a brief overview of navigating Canvas and editing your Course Settings in less than ⏱️3 minutes. The most important points are

• clean up Course Navigation to include only the menu items you want students to see (beginning at ⏩0:28 in the video)
• enable the RCE Enhancements (beginning at ⏩2:11 in the video) under Feature Options for your course. (The video guides in this course all are created using the RCE Enhancements, so they'll be most helpful if this is turned on.)
• make sure to publish your course Links to an external site. (beginning at ⏩2:30 in the video) so that students can see it and message you in Canvas.
