My results from the quiz regarding how well I would do in a online course, stated I would do better in a classroom but should do well in a online course. The results don't surprise me. Naturally, I probably would do better in a setting I'm familiar with but I'm excited to try something new. I love new experiences. Should be fun. My fears about writing is that I have issues with starting and clarity. Sometimes I have no ideas about what to write about but my main problem is staying focus on a theme or a topic. I'm like a puppy who wants to sniff everything at the park. I lose my train of thought and try to do to much. I welcome the challenge. The GRIT video has given me the inspiration but more importantly the resolve to learn and do well. I want to better off when I complete this course than I am now. My goal is a simple one, to improve. With improvement will come the confidence I need to become a better writer. There will be no quit in this dog. Thanks GRIT.

Your human. Don't worry about the technical skills, you'll become proficient and not even know it. I can identify with your issue of finding time to study with church, school and work. I think if dedicate a time and place to do your work you'll be okay. Just don't let anybody our anything disrupt you when your in this time and place. I love your GRIT. Time appears to be a common issue for everyone. I am a late add to this class, so I know you have kids who require your attention. I don't know if they're in school yet, but if they are, even if they're not, maybe you can come up with a time where everybody studies. Kind of like a common study hour for you and the kids. Hopefully you and the kids will develop good study habits, but more importantly you'll get to spend time with your kids in a positive learning environment. Learn together, Grow together.
