Where is Pronto and How Do I Access It?

The Pronto icon can be found at the bottom of the red global menu in Canvas, under the Help icon.

Find the Pronto icon at the bottom of your global menu in Canvas.  

NOTE: The Pronto Icon will only appear if you are currently enrolled in at least ONE course that has Pronto enabled. 

If you do not see the Pronto icon here, it means that none of your current classes have Pronto enabled.

 

Logging in to Pronto on Canvas

When you click the Pronto Icon on the Canvas global menu, a Pronto window will appear in your browser.

The first time you do this you will be prompted to log on.  

Click the Email button.

Click the email button in the "Welcome to Pronto" prompt.  

 

Type your PCC email address and click the Send Code button.

Enter your PCC email and click "Send Code"  

 

Pronto will send a verification code to your PCC email address.

Once you have found the verification code, type it in the space provided.

Click the Sign In button.

Enter the verification code and click "Sign in"
