Zoom: Working with Interpreters and Captioners
If you have a student who requires a captioner or interpreter to be present in the Zoom meetings throughout the semester, DSPS will contact you to request a direct link to the Zoom meeting.
Recurring meeting links will stay the same, so you will only need to do this once to cover all of the meetings in a recurring set.
- First, go to your Canvas course shell
- Click Zoom on the Course menu
- Your Upcoming Meetings are listed. Click the meeting's title (topic) to open the meeting details.
- Your meeting details are displayed. Next to Invite Attendees, highlight and copy the Join URL.
- Paste the Join URL (which you copied in the previous) step into an email message, and send it to DSPS.
