Zoom: Designating an Alternative Host

  1. Go to Zoom in Canvas.
    Click on the name of your Meeting Topic.
  2. Scroll all the way down through the meeting details and click the “Edit this Meeting” button.
  3. Near the bottom of the meeting details, you’ll find Alternative Hosts.  Type the PCC email address of your substitute host.  This must be a “@pasadena.edu” email address.

  4. Click the “Save” button to save your changes.  Your substitute can now launch your Zoom meeting as an alternate host.
