Please be aware that Zoom recordings will only be stored on Zoom for one year. This time period policy from CCTechconnect may change in the future so it's best practice to remove your recordings at the end of every term.

If you plan to reuse a Zoom video in another term:

Remove any student information. If there is any identifiable student information, including name or likeness in the video you will need to download the video and use a video editor to edit or cut out any identifying information. Screencast-o-matic is a great tool which can help you produce and edit your own videos, and faculty can get a free premier account through PCC.
Download your Zoom video and transfer it to 3C Media Solutions, which can provide long term storage, hosting, and captions for your videos.
