Unable to access Zoom in Canvas? Troubleshooting Tips

If you are unable to access Zoom in Canvas, please check the 3 most common causes:

  1. Issue: "Invalid Email" error
  2. Issue: User "does not exist" error
    • Fix: You must have a PCC-licensed Zoom account associated with your PCC email address.

  3. Issue: Display issues.  Zoom in Canvas does not load properly. 
    Browser does not load Zoom interface
