Unable to access Zoom in Canvas? Troubleshooting Tips
If you are unable to access Zoom in Canvas, please check the 3 most common causes:
- Issue: "Invalid Email" error
- Fix: Your PCC email address must be designated as the default email in Canvas

- Fix: You must have a PCC-licensed Zoom account associated with your PCC email address.
